- ➤ Harbor 58 broke ground last month on a housing project at the property of Oasis Church on Lorraine Road to support young adults aging out of foster care. The project will include six duplexes for 12 residents + a community center and is expected to be completed by spring. Bay News 9
- ➤ Derry N. Zoller passed peacefully on Dec. 28, 2025, at age 85 after a life of family and community service in Bradenton. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 3 at 12 Noon at Christ Episcopal Church (4030 Manatee Ave W) with donations instead of flowers requested. The Bradenton Times
