- ➤ Seattle-based SSA Marine has proposed a plan with Tampa-based Slip Knott LLC to build a cruise terminal on the Knott Cohen Tract near the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, saying it will boost local business and create jobs while protecting natural sites (including the Terra Ceia Aquatic Preserve).
