- ➤ Manatee County deputies arrested Brendarius Pittman after he led a chase in a stolen Kia Sorrento on Wednesday night and crashed his car into a retention pond near Sarasota-Bradenton Airport—he now faces charges of Grand Theft Auto, Driving With a Suspended License, Fleeing to Elude and Possession of Marijuana. - ➤ On May 22nd, Artist Haven AMI in Holmes Beach opened its doors to show colorful, one-of-a-kind art by over 60 local artists—featuring paintings, repurposed objects, and jewelry.
