- ➤ Julian Jaramillo, 21, was booked after authorities say he kidnapped his ex-girlfriend on May 27 by using a tracking device to follow her from her Ruskin home to his Palmetto residence — officials report he stole her car keys, forced her into her vehicle, and she sustained minor injuries during the incident.
