- ➤ Three people are facing charges in Bradenton after a road rage incident over a turn signal escalated on Monday near 101 Riverfront Boulevard when Raesean Poole (33) confronted Anthony Williams (20) and hit him in the leg with his Jeep, prompting a teenage passenger to fire a gun; Poole is charged with aggravated battery with a motor vehicle, the teen is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, and charges against Williams are pending. - ➤ A Manatee judge dismissed a second-degree murder case against Jordan Glanz on Monday, ruling his shooting of Deondrick Anderson during a 2024 Bradenton road rage incident was justified under the stand your ground law—records show Glanz had no chance to retreat when attacked. ABC7

- ➤ FEMA said the 2025 hurricane season has begun even as over 32,000 past assistance claims remain unresolved due to missing details—FEMA currently has 900 staff in Florida and secured $1.64 billion in funds for prior storms.
