- ➤ Manatee County Government announced holiday schedule changes; county offices, libraries, and recreation centers will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day while garbage collection and transit services adjust and parks stay open. Manatee County
- ➤ Manatee County is accepting applications from residents for three seats on its Environmental Lands Management and Acquisition Committee (ELMAC), which advises the Board on land conservation and park planning.
